How to read this list

Every numbered marker across the digest resolves to one entry here. Where a claim is quantitative — a dose, a percentage rise in blood NAD+, an n-value, a clearance time — the number points to the study that measured it. Human trials, mechanism reviews, and the 2024-2026 literature are all listed together; each entry carries a DOI or a PubMed identifier so the source can be checked directly.
