About Order NAD and its interest in NAD+

A measurable result can be miles from a difference in everyday life. That gap gives this subject its pull.

Why Order NAD exists

A coenzyme with a central role in energy production invites an enormous story. The NAD+ metabolism review gives that interest a sound biological starting point. The human trials make it more particular: an ingredient, a population, a measurement and a period of follow-up.

The ageing question originally looked more uniform to me. The 2025 clinical review unsettled that expectation. Consistent decline appears in only a limited number of human studies, and measurements in specific tissues remain scarce. I now care much more about where the sample came from and what happened to function.

Order NAD is a website I maintain about published research. The name is an invitation to put the findings in sequence. There is no shop here, and I cannot supply or ship products, issue prescriptions or arrange appointments. My role here ends at the papers; clinical care lies beyond my competence. These pages provide no medical advice; decisions about anyone’s treatment require a clinician who knows that person’s health.

Further muscle trials

The muscle insulin-sensitivity result in women with prediabetes is a good example of why this subject remains interesting to me. It changed a specific measurement while leaving body composition and HbA1c unchanged. I admire a finding that resists expansion into a grander claim.

An enduring effect in a clearly described group earns my confidence, especially when a comparison separates the treatment from other reasons people improve. The long-COVID trial shows how much that last condition matters.

The value, to me, lies in asking these smaller questions well. Claims that jump from higher blood NAD+ to a general story about youth leave me unconvinced. The research pages are where those interests meet the actual results.
